1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all enquiries and project engagements between Migasuto Services LTD / “HausNative Studios” (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and our clients or prospective clients (“you”).

2. Services

We provide strategic consulting, website design, branding, development, and related digital services with a focus on business, hospitality, creative and property-driven projects.

The precise scope of services, delivery timeline, pricing and project details are agreed individually in written proposals, quotations or service agreements.

3. No automatic contract via this website

The use of this website or the submission of an enquiry via contact forms does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement comes into effect only once a project proposal has been confirmed by both parties in writing (e.g. by email or signed documentation).

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing information displayed on our website is indicative and non-binding. Final project pricing depends on scope, complexity, timelines and requirements and is confirmed in a written offer.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are made in instalments (e.g. deposit, milestone stages, and final balance), according to the agreed payment schedule. Invoices are payable within the payment period specified on each invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full settlement of all outstanding payments, you receive the right to use the final approved project deliverables for your own business and promotional purposes.
  • We retain ownership of all underlying concepts, creative frameworks, working files and development methods.
  • We reserve the right to showcase selected work (such as screenshots, mockups or case studies) in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you object in writing prior to publication due to confidentiality requirements.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide required content, feedback, approvals, imagery, text, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in extended project timelines or additional costs where rescheduling becomes necessary.

7. Liability

All services are carried out with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites as performance may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, devices or browsers beyond our control.

Where legally permitted, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages and shall not exceed the total fees paid for the individual project concerned.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Mandatory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence remain unaffected.
